Follow the body sensations, thoughts feelings, stay present with them so they can go.

You’re the captain of your ship. Your thoughts are not you. Your feelings are not you.

Healing is noticing where you are on the scale and do something to get yourself into a good feeling place – no one can do this, only you!

Where are you on this scale?

Connect to the feelings to release anything.

It takes 3 steps to be in a healing state – 

Step 1– Take the actions needed to feel relief.

Step 2– Support and help the healing.

Step 3– Stop pain, patterns, negative feelings from returning.

Play the ‘WHAT DO YOU WANT?’ game! Gets you back in control of you.

Daily MEDITATIONS to bring you into alignment where healing happens.

ALL parts of you are connected so wherever you connect to ALL other parts of you will benefit.

Doing these to help yourself, drugs or anything else, only have a limited ability to help and cannot get rid of the problem. CONNECTION is the key of healing.

CONNECTING to the FEELING is (cheesy) HEALING!

Instead of reacting to pain or situations, CONNECT to the feeling of it. How do things make you feel?

Distraction, trying not to think about it, saying it doesn’t matter… doesn’t work, instead CONNECT to it so it can go. GOLDEN RULE.

5th December

Be present with the ‘messages’ so they can go.

Connecting to one message connects to ALL of you. If you have back pain and headaches and stress, connect to anyt of them and it will positively affect the others.

Label and name how, you feel, your condition, your situation…detaches you from it, stops you engaging, reacting and back into flow – where healing is.

“I don’t know” is an answer, then go straight to the 3rd action – breathing and softening.

Stubborn stuck pain or issues – remember it’s you who is holding onto them! CONNECT to them to let them go.

How do you release them? CONNECT to them. Learn the lessons from them so they can go. Let yourself go through it. It’s not your fault, it’s just the way we are.

Be patient with yourself, they might be there because of long or deeply held feelings, thoughts or memories. It might take time and a big challenge for you to let them go and move on.

Do loving acts of kindness and care to yourself often. STEP 2.

Ask “what can I do right now to feel better?” Fill your cup from STEP 3.

Life is a journey, a learning, accepting things happen as they do. Embrace the discomfort, ‘be’ with it so it can fully express and leave you in peace and pain free.

‘𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧…’ 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠! TRYING DOESN’T WORK There’s nothing to fix, you’re not broken. There’s nothing to figure out or understand. Nothing to work at, out or on. Nothing to make happen. Nothing to get over or work on.

𝐐: 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧? A: It takes as long as it takes. Think about how long you’ve been suffering. The extreme circumstances and strength of feeling. Sometimes it takes time to change from what you don’t want, to being who you want to be. – Stay patient with yourself (and if that’s difficult, CONNECT to that!) – Let go of outcome. – Keep reminding yourself of what you want, to keep you on track. – Regularly CONNECT to you, with meditation, self reiki, be in nature etc. – Check your mindset – are you allowed to heal? Can you have what you want?

𝐃𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬. You’re human. You feel things. Things have happened. Release them by CONNECTING to them.
