Hi, I’m Donna and I look forward to sharing my thoughts on reconnecting and healing in nature and the natural world.
I grew up in the countryside, surrounded by animals, but after studying in Brighton I settled in the city outskirts for far longer than I intended. Living by the sea and just a short distance from the South Downs I accessed the abundance of nature and the natural world regularly, but eventually felt a strong urge to spread my wings fully again and head back to my roots.
I have been running meditation walks in nature for several years and have seen the healing that comes from rethinking our relationship with the natural world around us and allowing reconnection with our natural home – outside of us, and within us.
