Who is Tracey Robinson?

Tracey is the founder of Mother Nature Coaching, supporting women who feel lost returning to work after struggling with their mental health during maternity leave. She is an accredited transformative coach and registered occupational therapist with 30 years NHS experience. Her career was shaped by experiencing postpartum psychosis out of the blue when she had her first baby and having a difficult experience of using the services that she worked in. This led her to move into NHS leadership roles focussed on improving mental health and maternity services and into volunteering for specialist national charity Action on Postpartum Psychosis. With her own mental health being at risk again during perimenopause Tracey discovered the healing power of nature and now uses nature connection as a core part of her coaching.

Tracey talks about:

Her story of psychosis and how it drove her career in complex NHS leadership roles and charity volunteering, then ultimately led her to take early retirement during perimenopause to make a difference for other women in a nature-connected way.
