Who is Frits?

Frits is a retired aircraft electrical and mechanical quality engineer, critical thinker and practical problem-solver. He shares what he believes to be important, interesting, dangerous, funny or joyful, while helping people find practical solutions to technical and everyday problems. Away from technology, he enjoys travelling, messing around in his shed, writing poetry, singing, strumming, dancing and creative cookery. Frits believes that our individual conscious and spiritual souls are part of one collaborative consciousness – ONE LOVE ❤️.

In this conversation, he’ll share his own journey towards greater internet privacy, including moving from Apple to Android and Microsoft to Linux, with practical pointers for reducing the personal information connected to our devices and even setting up certain mobile phones without IDs or personal accounts attached.
