You’re the one feeling what you’re feeling, right? And that’s where your power of change is.
What to do –
The 4 ACTIONS and Love Bombing:
Notice how you are feeling about the relationship, connect to that feeling in you. Be present with how you feel. That’s where the release is.
Send them or the difficult situation LOVE
Love bomb them every single time a negative thought or feeling about them comes up.
Watch out for reacting to them, feeling blame, anger, distress. If you do feel these things, then connect to these feelings too. It’s very likely that this person or situation is a trigger or opportunity for you to heal on a deeper level – ask yourself: Have you ever felt the same emotions, thoughts before in your life? We tend to attract to us things that need healing within ourselves. As long as you make the thing outside of you the the problem, means that you’re destined to keep repeating the same things.
CONNECT to the feelings about the relationship in you.
Do loving things to you to generally create the environment you want – this stops the same things repeating. But if they do happen again and you feel the same things, then keep meeting the emotions or thoughts every time they arise or trigger in you.
Your natural state is happy, healed and peaceful. When you do the actions above the result is peace.
