Energy Moves

Who is Fiona Winter?  –

Somatic Movement Educator, Embodied Facilitator and Coach.

I have been facilitating, mentoring, coaching and training others for over 40 years. I

specialise in holistic health and well being, movement and body awareness, personal

development…..and having fun!

Whenever I work with people either as individuals or a group, I start with where they are

currently ‘at’ and focus on “what’s possible now and where can it lead to from here”. By

combining music with natural movement, I offer the opportunity of both relaxation and

invigoration. I aim to bring a creative, fun, yet grounded approach to everything I offer.

I currently offer online classes for participants with MS, as well as online open Energy

Moves classes. In person sessions are outdoors in Nature: Move in Nature and Dancing

in the Dark for every Full Moon, as well as bespoke sessions for events, gatherings,

festivals and projects. I work closely with Arts & Health and Mental health organisations.

I am considering setting up a Seated Energy Moves class (with standing options) online

with options to participate both ‘live’ and with recordings. Please contact me if this is of
