Who is Alan Ball?

Happy with life – good job, car etc – although I felt I was searching for something more, although I had no idea what. I was focused on the future all of the time and not living for the moment, the now. And then I found breathwork – or though I now know it found me – and now I’m truly happy, living for the moment with a focus on where I want to get to without any fear of failure. Life truly began for me at 50.

I was happily bumping through life, blissfully unaware of just how much more I could control and affect my future. Breathwork gave me the opportunity to clear negative emotion and energy that I didn’t even know I had filed away. I was able to get more clarity on how I felt, my feelings, and how to bring more positivity and fulfilment into my future.

When I really got stuck into my breath practice I cleared emotion from memories and experiences forgotten long ago. I feel so much happier and have so much more clarity to make conscious decisions about the direction of my future. I gained more energy, felt fitter, and began a journey of self-discovery.

I was happy with all aspects of my life – I assumed I was at my best fixing problems mostly for or caused by others, and that life was meant to be experienced at 100mph. Breathwork just seemed to find me. I had no real knowledge or expectation and in fact was extremely sceptical of the benefits. Breathwork was the catalyst for a huge life-changing experience. I felt I’d had a fog lifted from my head, had more clarity about who and what I was, more awareness of my feelings, changed to a healthier diet, started yoga, and became more confident of who I was – more present, more self-confident.

Daily practice has helped me grow, helped me tune into my feelings more.

Alan is a breathwork coach, having first experienced conscious connected breathwork 6
years ago he has first had experience of just how powerful and life changing this practise
can be. “I had always been happy in my life but seemed to always be looking for something
more, breathwork gave me the clarity, space and confidence to find that something more.”

The clarity.
