Who is Sarah Guest?
Founder of Love Somatics.
Sarah’s journey into somatics began after experiencing chronic back and sciatica pain for three years. Sarah, who previously worked as a croupier in casinos and later became a neuromuscular physical therapist and Pilates instructor, discovered somatics through a flyer at a local café.
After having a one-to-one session with Align Somatics, and attending a weekend workshop in 2013, Sarah found learning the science behind our habits and movement patterns particularly compelling and quickly became pain-free through a regular somatic practice.
She trained with the teachers at Align Somatics and further training with Essential Somatics team and learned as much as possible from many other teachers in the field.
Sarah is passionate about sharing Somatics with others.
She helps people gently move out of chronic pain, tension, and stress by reconnecting with their body. Through slow, mindful movement and nervous system awareness, she supports people to feel calmer, freer, and more at ease in everyday life.

What if pain isn’t something to fix—but something to listen to?
